As we continue to grow, we are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our dealer acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit car showrooms and onboard dealers to our platform.
- Train showroom staff on how to upload ads and use the dealer dashboard.
- Collect feedback from dealers to help our dev team improve the Dealer Management System.
- Conduct car inspections & demos, pitch bdcars360’s value proposition (Lead generation & Analytics).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in field sales or B2B marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Bangladesh automotive market.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict KPIs.
- Own a motorbike (preferred).
Work Details:
- Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- Salary: Base Salary + Travel Allowance + Uncapped Commission per onboarded dealer.
- Work Week: Sunday – Thursday. Saturday is a light working day
- Work Hour: 10 am to 7 pm
- Permanent employment after 6 months based on performance.
