Role Overview
We're looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, exploring new opportunities, and making a real impact in a fast-moving startup environment.
You'll work closely with automotive dealerships, industry partners, and potential clients to introduce our AI-powered solutions, generate new business opportunities, and help drive AIMOTION's growth across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with AIMOTION's growth objectives and local market opportunities.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with automotive dealerships, dealer groups, finance providers, and other key industry partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, and business owners.
- Understand client needs, business challenges, and sales processes, and recommend suitable AI-powered marketing and lead generation solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Work closely with internal teams to support client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and provide insights to support product improvements and business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records, activity reports, and revenue forecasts through the company's CRM and reporting systems.
- Represent AIMOTION at industry events, networking opportunities, and partner engagements to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
- Contribute to the growth of AIMOTION's automotive business across Australia through proactive business development and relationship management activities.
