Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic leader to drive Company’s efforts in the China automotive and robotics sectors, with a particular focus on Autonomous Driving and intelligent robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build up solid network with targeted Tier-1 and OEM clients. Understand their technology roadmap.
- Align and propose 5-year development plan to grow the market share in China.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand adoption of Company-based solutions in both automotive and robotics markets in China.
- Strengthen strategic partnerships with key players in automotive and robotics.
- Collaborate with product and R&D team to launch our own product roadmap and supply chain strategy.
- Drive design wins through strong technical understanding and market insight, aligning customer needs with Company’s roadmap,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Engineering or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Semiconductor SoCs, systems, and embedded software, especially within automotive and robotics domains.
- Proven experience in go-to-market, segment marketing, or market development—ideally in the semiconductor, automotive, or robotics industries.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of autonomous driving systems and robotics architectures, including key software stacks.
- Experience in strategic customer and partner engagements, especially with architecture team.
- Experience with autonomous driving and/or robotics companies, solutions, or platforms in China.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Background in technical business development or strategic alliances is a plus.
