- Achieve revenue targets to sustainably secure and advance our company’s success.
- Contribute significantly to the strategic direction of our products and ensure strong customer orientation.
- Identify market opportunities and potential needs, present and demonstrate our products and solutions during presales phase.
- Work closely with local customers (automotive & non-automotive) to unlock new revenue opportunities for our new products.
- Identify current market trends in E-Mobility, Automated Driving, Virtualization, SDV and new market segments and feed this market feedback directly into strategic portfolio development.
- Participate in conferences, industry events and trade fairs to strengthen and expand our business relationships and high-level networks.
- Monitor competitors' progress, including new product roadmaps and strategic shifts. Requirements:
- University degree in a technical or scientific field, e.g., Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Electronics, or similar.
- Proven success in the software, cloud, or automotive environment—ideally in business development, international sales, project or product management.
- Over 3 years of R&D experience in OEMs, Tier1 suppliers or tool vendors is preferred, with a solid understanding of automotive software & hardware development and testing process.
- Knowledge of automotive software products (e.g. E-Mobility, ADAS/AD or SDV) and simulation & validating toolchains is desirable.
- Existing relationships with R&D teams of local OEMs and Tier1 suppliers are a strong plus.
- Strong customer orientation paired with a passion for continuously expanding your knowledge.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self motivation to develop new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Business fluent English, spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel frequently as required (more than 50% of the working time) .
