Position Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise digital applications and initiatives focused on improving customer and dealer experiences. This role partners closely with Digital Marketing, business stakeholders, and IT teams to analyze business needs, define requirements, support solution delivery, and drive continuous improvement across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate brings experience supporting digital products within Agile environments, gathering and documenting requirements, supporting production operations, and collaborating across business and technical teams. This role will primarily support DreamShop, the organization's enterprise e-commerce platform, while contributing to testing, reporting, process optimization, and dealer-facing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing enhancement and stability of DreamShop and other enterprise digital applications
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
  • Support production operations including incident analysis, defect triage, and issue resolution coordination
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, application functionality, and user experience
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for supported applications and business processes
  • Support implementation of enhancements that improve dealer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes
  • Assist with evaluating new initiatives and ensuring alignment with business goals and platform capabilities
  • Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and release validation activities
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational metrics
  • Support change management initiatives, user documentation, business communications, and dealer training materials
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams, dealers, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure effective coordination across business, IT, and vendor teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting digital applications
  • Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery environments
  • Experience supporting production systems, incident management, and post-release support
  • Experience gathering requirements and working closely with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar backlog and requirements management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in live production environments
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across business, IT, and vendor teams
  • Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
  • 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience preferred
