Duties:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Conduct business case development and functional design activities
- Drive process optimisation and identify operational improvements
- Participate in solution design workshops and stakeholder engagements
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
- Review UAT test cases and validate functionality
- Monitor project risks, issues, and defects through to resolution
- Maintain governance standards, audit trails, and version-controlled documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Technology, or Computer Science (NQF6)
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ Business Analysis experience within IT-related projects
- Minimum 2 years’ Project Management experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel modelling skills including VBA coding
- SQL and Power BI experience
- Visio experience
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license
