Title: Business Analyst

- Handle service requests and resolve incidents
- Analyze issues and support problem resolution
- Communicate progress and updates to users
- Coordinate with internal/external teams
- Create and maintain documentation & knowledge base
- Support daily operational activities
- Assist in testing (SIT/UAT) and review testing results if required
- Provide on-site support when needed
- Full WFO, Pulomas Jakarta Timur
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis processes, including requirements gathering, documentation, solution validation, and stakeholder management.
- Has experience in automotive industry
- Experience in incident handling, issue investigation, and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with ticketing and project management tools such as Freshdesk, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and produce clear, comprehensive documentation.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing processes, including SIT and UAT.
- Experience in creating, reviewing, and validating test scenarios and test results in collaboration with QA/Testers.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams involving Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
