As our portfolio continues to expand across Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), Hybrid, Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV), and Electric Vehicles (EV), we are looking for a talented and driven Branding Manager to help strengthen our brand presence and execute impactful marketing initiatives across the Mexican market.
The Role
The Branding Manager will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Geely's complete vehicle portfolio.
This position is ideal for a marketing professional who combines creativity, strong project management skills, agency coordination experience, and a passion for building brands in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communication
- Support the execution of annual marketing plans aligned with Geely Mexico's brand strategy.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Assist in developing communication strategies for both ICE and New Energy Vehicle (NEV) product lines.
- Adapt global and regional marketing assets for the Mexican market.
- Develop campaign briefs and communication guidelines.
Campaign Management
- Coordinate and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns.
- Manage campaign timelines from briefing through implementation.
- Ensure flawless execution across ATL, Digital, BTL, PR, CRM, and dealer channels.
Agency Management
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for external partners, including:
- Creative agencies
- Production houses
- Research agencies
- Freelancers and suppliers
Responsibilities include:
- Developing creative briefs
- Managing creative reviews and revisions
- Tracking deliverables and timelines
- Coordinating production processes
- Managing budgets and purchase requests
- Ensuring quality standards are met
Product Launches
Support the execution of new vehicle launches through:
- Launch campaigns
- Press events
- Dealer communications
- Marketing toolkits
- POS materials
- Sales presentations
- Product messaging
- Customer journey communications
Work closely with Product Planning, Sales, PR, and Dealer Marketing teams to ensure successful market introductions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Advertising, or Integrated Marketing.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple agencies and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and media performance metrics.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Preferred Experience
- Automotive industry experience.
- EV, Hybrid, or New Energy Vehicle marketing.
- Premium, luxury, sports, or technology brands.
- Multinational organizations with fast-paced environments.
- Working with international or regional headquarters.
- Dealer network marketing.
