About the role

We're looking for a Brand & Event Manager with proven OEM-level automotive experience to take full ownership of our brand presence and experiential activity. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive landscape from national product launches and dealer networks to retail marketing and customer journeys and the ability to translate strategy into consistent, high-quality brand and event execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up across national campaigns, events, and retail environments, working closely with internal OEM teams, dealer networks, agencies, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

Brand Management (OEM)

  • Own and manage the automotive brand at OEM level across all touchpoints
  • Ensure brand consistency across national campaigns, dealer materials, retail environments, and events
  • Implement OEM brand strategy in alignment with business, sales, and retail objectives
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across dealer networks, partners, and suppliers
  • Provide brand performance insights and recommendations for optimization

Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Plan and execute OEM-level automotive events including national vehicle launches, dealer conferences, activations, trade shows, and sponsorships
  • Manage events end to end: concept development, budgeting, suppliers, logistics, on-site execution, and reporting
  • Oversee event branding, production, and overall customer experience
  • Work closely with dealers, agencies, sponsors, and venues to ensure premium, on-brand delivery
  • Track event effectiveness, ROI, and contribution to brand and lead objectives

Above-the-Line (ATL/BTL) & PR Support

  • Manage and coordinate all above-the-line (ATL) brand activity at OEM level
  • Example: ATL channels and not limited to:
  • TV
  • Radio
  • Billboards & outdoor
  • Print media
  • Work closely with media and creative agencies to ensure ATL & BTL executions align to OEM brand guidelines and work closely with the Marketing Manager.
  • Support PR initiatives when required, including OEM launches, media events, and experiential activations
  • Collaborate with PR teams to ensure consistency across paid, owned, and earned channels

Campaign & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, digital, CRM, PR, retail, and sales teams on integrated OEM campaigns
  • Support and guide dealer marketing initiatives while maintaining OEM brand standards
  • Manage external agencies, production partners, and suppliers
  • Ensure brand and event activity supports lead generation, CRM objectives, and sales funnels

Minimum requirements (non-negotiable)

  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Brand Management, Events, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in a brand and/or events management role within the automotive industry at OEM level
  • Proven experience working with dealer networks and automotive retail environments
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver OEM-level automotive events from concept to execution
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Advantageous / nice to have

  • CRM experience, including lead capture and campaign reporting
  • Experience integrating events and campaigns with CRM and lead management systems
  • Agency experience
  • Budget management and supplier negotiation experience
