I. Brand Strategy & Planning

  1. Align with the group’s and business unit’s overall plans to develop annual brand strategies and medium‑ to long‑term development plans for JETOUR International, and drive their execution.
  2. Build and strengthen JETOUR International’s brand equity, define and consolidate brand positioning and identity, and ensure global brand tone remains consistent with the “Travel⁺” strategy.
  3. Provide guidance on brand and product strategies to overseas markets and subsidiaries, ensuring unified communication cadence and brand messaging.

II. Brand Communications & Public Relations

  1. In line with the company’s overseas expansion plans, formulate PR and communications strategies for headquarters and local markets. Plan and execute end‑to‑end PR programmes for key initiatives such as new‑vehicle launches, brand events, and technology showcases.
  2. Develop and maintain global media relationships, build a worldwide media resource pool, and organise large‑scale PR events including vehicle debuts, tech conferences, and industry summits.
  3. Design comprehensive consumer touchpoint strategies, tailoring brand and product communication plans for target audiences.
  4. Oversee brand publicity and promotional activities across all media channels.

III. Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  1. Develop operational strategies for JETOUR International’s branded social media accounts, and oversee short‑video production, social media management, KOL collaborations, and data‑driven performance optimisation.
  2. Independently draft and review English‑language PR materials, including press releases, executive speeches, and social content, ensuring consistent brand tone.
  3. Lead creative content planning for product‑related social media and KOL cooperation campaigns.

IV. Reputation Management & Crisis Communications

  1. Monitor overseas public sentiment in real time, establish crisis communication protocols, and safeguard brand reputation.
  2. Set up monitoring and response mechanisms to ensure accurate and timely brand messaging across international markets.

V. Team Management & Budget Control

  1. Build and develop the Brand & Communications team, including talent recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  2. Manage marketing budgets for overseas terminal markets, ensuring maximum operational efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with multiple internal and external teams to drive cross‑regional projects, and conduct data‑driven performance reviews and continuous optimisation.

Qualifications

I. Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.

II. Work Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry or a related field, with at least 5 years in brand communications or a similar role. 3+ years of team management experience.
  • Experience in Chinese brand globalisation or overseas brand establishment is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in successfully launching key automotive products through impactful communications.
  • Familiarity with overseas digital marketing channels and social media platform operations.

III. Professional Competencies

  • Strong sensitivity to market trends and the competitive landscape, with excellent planning and execution capabilities.
  • In‑depth understanding of international media communication practices and cultural differences.
  • Superior skills in copywriting, event planning, crisis management, and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Results‑oriented, resilient under pressure, with a high level of professionalism and sharp market insight.

IV. Language & Other Requirements

  • Chinese and English as a working language – fluent in both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel overseas on business.
