Role Description
We are seeking a full‑time Branch Manager for our Erith site. This is an on‑site role offering hands‑on leadership within a fast‑paced commercial vehicle environment.
The Branch Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the branch, including managing the rental process, supporting customers with sales enquiries, monitoring vehicle inventory, and driving the team toward sales and operational targets.
You will lead by example, ensuring the branch operates efficiently while upholding the strong work ethic, customer focus, and achievement‑driven values that define our family‑run business. Key responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer service, ensuring operational compliance, supporting team development, and contributing to the continued growth of the branch.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities
- Strategic thinking with strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Understanding of vehicle sales and rental operations
- Ability to work effectively within a team and lead by example
- Proficiency in computer applications including email and productivity tools
- Previous experience in management, automotive, or sales industries is advantageous
- Knowledge of the London commercial vehicle market is a plus
