Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Mean Chey. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring goals are met by leading sales efforts, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of performance. Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service and proven ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- In-depth knowledge of the Automotive Industry and expertise in Automotive operations
- Proficient in coaching and leading teams through effective Training programs
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous managerial experience in the automotive sector is highly desirable
