SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our automotive operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily branch activities, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve business objectives
- Drive sales growth and profitability within the branch
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Monitor inventory, stock control, and supply chain processes
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Develop and implement local marketing and business development strategies
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry
- Strong sales and business development background
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualification in Business Management, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred)
