Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and oversee branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure efficient management of sales, recovery, service operations, and team performance. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving business targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, managing branch profitability, and ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations Management
- Oversee overall branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of all business activities.
- Manage branch performance in line with organizational goals, policies, and operational standards.
- Monitor branch profitability, operational efficiency, and business productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive branch sales targets and develop strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Lead sales planning, execution, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
Recovery & Portfolio Management
- Monitor collections and recovery performance to ensure healthy portfolio management.
- Implement effective recovery strategies and control overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to minimize risk and improve collection efficiency.
- Ensure timely follow-up and compliance related to recovery processes.
Service Operations Management
- Oversee after-sales service operations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service quality, turnaround time, and operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate with service teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Ensure branch service operations meet company standards and customer expectations.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve business and operational objectives.
- Set performance targets, monitor productivity, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Coach and develop team members to build a high-performing branch team.
- Foster a positive and results-driven work culture.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit branch performance reports, MIS, and business updates to management.
- Analyze branch performance data and implement corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate with head office and cross-functional departments for smooth branch operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in branch management, sales, operations, recovery, and service management, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
