Role Description
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of daily operations and achieving sales targets at the Hamilton branch. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves leading, mentoring, and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales activities, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving branch profitability. The Branch Manager will also be actively involved in staff development, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in sales, finance and insurance, customer service, and achieving performance targets
- Proficiency in inventory management, operational efficiency, and process improvement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is a plus
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
