Branch Manager – AutoWorks Strand

Responsibilities:
As the Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the branch to success. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage a growing team, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
· Grow the branch with the support of Autoworks.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
· Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships.
· Oversee workshop operations, including vehicle check-ins and technician instructions.
· Manage resources, inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
· Drive financial performance and meet growth targets.
Competencies & Skills:
· Qualified Technician.
· Minimum 2 years leadership experience as foreman, workshop manager, team leader or similar.
· Strong diagnostic ability.
· Proactive Leadership: Takes initiative, drives results, and inspires teams to perform at their best.
· Operational Excellence: Organises work efficiently and meets deadlines.
