Duties of the Bodyshop Technician
- Conduct high-quality vehicle body repairs, panel beating, and cosmetic work to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair bodywork issues efficiently and accurately
- Manage workshop workflow to ensure timely completion of all Repair Orders
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed within the workshop
- Maintain high standards of quality control across all repair and service tasks
- Keep records of work completed and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician, with a strong background in vehicle body repairs
- Skilled in panel beating, spray painting, and mechanical repairsi>
- Good understanding of vehicle repair procedures and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
