Key Responsibilities
- Perform expert‑level paint and refinishing work on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Ensure precise color matching and flawless finishes.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, priming, and performing minor bodywork.
- Collaborate with the body shop team to meet production schedules and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Body Shop Painter, preferably in a dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of paint application techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to deliver high‑quality work on both minor touch‑ups and full body refinishes.
- Detail‑oriented, focused on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
- I‑CAR certification or similar training is a plus.
