Lake Automotive Group is hiring a Body Shop Estimator for one of the largest vehicle repair facilities in the Milwaukee area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong customer service skills, and previous estimating experience. This is a highly visible role that provides the right candidate with the ability to work with some of the top insurance companies in the United States.
ABOUT
OUR BODY SHOPS
- No late nights and No Weekends
…we close at 5pm daily and are closed on Saturday & Sunday - Our Body Shops are Air Conditioned
We have brand new, above ground hoists…no more watching your body techs crawl around on a cement shop floor.
- We have 5 spray booths
- We have 4 straightening racks
- We have the best lit body shop around, guaranteed…with brand new LED lighting
- We have dedicated, climate controlled, indoor collision estimating areas
Our Body Techs have their own locker room, restroom and break room with coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing & presenting estimates to our customers and/or insurance agents
- Verifying and checking on the timeliness and accuracy of the necessary parts
- Staying in contact and updating our customers on their vehicle and claims process
- Maintaining existing relationships with insurance agents
- Establishing relationships with new insurance companies and agents
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous estimating experience (preferred)
- Detail oriented and career minded
- Strong background in customer service and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to read/interpret documents and procedures manuals
- Must have a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
