We are a leading wheel repair and refinishing company specializing in repairing curb damage, bends, cracks, and cosmetic imperfections on alloy wheels. We proudly serve dealerships, body shops, tire shops, and retail customers by restoring wheels to like-new condition.
We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Wheel Repair Technician to join our team. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities
· Repair curb rash, scratches, and cosmetic wheel damage.
Mounting & Balancing of tires
· Strip/Blast, Sand, prep, paint, and refinish alloy wheels.
· Straighten bent wheels using specialized equipment.
· Perform high-quality color matching and powder clear coating.
· Inspect wheels to ensure repairs meet company quality standards.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
· Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
· Communicate with the office and team regarding repair status and production schedules.
Qualifications
· Experience in wheel repair, auto body, collision repair, painting, powder coating, or automotive refinishing is preferred.
· Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
· Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must be medically cleared and able to wear a respirator
