We are seeking a highly experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to support multiple franchised dealerships. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is committed to accuracy, compliance, and exceptional manufacturer relations.
Preferred Franchise Experience:
· Mercedes-Benz
· Volvo
· Nissan
· Stellantis (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat, Alfa Romeo)
Minimum Qualifications:
· At least five (5) years of recent experience as a Warranty Administrator in a new car dealership (required)
· Extensive knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
· Experience submitting warranty claims, handling chargebacks, warranty audits, and reconciling warranty receivables
· Strong understanding of dealership service operations and repair order processing
· Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with one or more of the manufacturers listed above
· Dealertrack DMS experience is a significant plus
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Responsibilities Include:
· Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
· Monitor and follow up on outstanding warranty receivables
· Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines
· Maintain warranty documentation for audit readiness
· Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to resolve warranty issues
· Review and correct warranty coding prior to claim submission
· Assist with manufacturer warranty audits and appeals when necessary
