ABOUT THE COMPANY – Part of a Melbourne based Dealer Group, housing one of the Industry's Top 5 brands, located in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.
ABOUT THE ROLE – Reporting to the Service Manager, this is a Warranty Specialist position working within a large service department. You will oversee all internal workshop / retail claims and work collaboratively with the group service manager. Responsible for compliance and ensuring the smooth and timely handling and processing of claims within guidelines.
YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION;
- Processing and handling of all warranty claims and repairs
- Utilising company DMS proficiently and accurately
- POC for Manufacturer and the Service Department
- Work with manufacturer to establish communication and warranty processes and procedures
- Providing highest level of customer service to Internal and External Stakeholders
- Meeting relevant KPIs
WE ARE LOOKING FOR;
- Knowledge and experience with manufacturer warranty procedures
- An experienced Automotive Warranty Clerk – within a dealership setting
- Someone looking to move up to the next level in their career
- Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
- A strong communicator who ensures everyone is kept well informed of status and processes
