What you’ll do as an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic)
- Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, following dealership, state, and factory standards.
- Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to achieve a “Fixed First Visit” experience.
- Conduct the Ken Garff Electronic Multi‑Point Inspection and vehicle video; immediately notify the Service Advisor of additional recommendations or required time.
- Master our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication, and time‑keeping.
- Complete required training assignments.
- Maintain a clean workspace and ensure all customer vehicles are maintained in a tidy condition.
Looking for
- Accommodating and analytical with a focus on highly precise, accurate work.
- Resourceful, with a high level of technical expertise.
- Unselfish and approachable, preferring detailed, skill‑based tasks.
- Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred.
- ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 18 years of age, authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid in‑state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
