Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Automotive Test Center Head for a full-time, on-site role located in Korea. The successful candidate will oversee operations at our automotive test center, managing a team to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Key responsibilities include developing testing strategies, managing test schedules, analyzing test data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance automotive system performance and reliability. The individual will also work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with project objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing projects and operations
- Comprehensive understanding of automotive industry standards, testing protocols, and tools
- Proficiency in systems analysis and quality assurance practices
- Problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking for process improvement
- Relevant industry certifications or training in automotive testing and compliance standards are a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Automotive, or a related technical field
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Korean is a strong advantage
