In this role, you will perform a variety of repairs and maintenance on vehicles with precision, efficiency, and pride in craftsmanship. Your expertise helps ensure our customers drive away in vehicles that are safe, reliable, and ready for the road.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose complex automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and technical schematics

Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, powertrain components, and electrical systems

Conduct diesel engine repairs and service ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)

Perform alignments, vehicle maintenance services, and occasional body repairs

Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and modern repair equipment

Interpret technical manuals and schematics to accurately identify and resolve issues

Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate findings clearly to service advisors

Deliver high-quality workmanship that reflects our commitment to excellence

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent (automotive technology training preferred)

ASE certifications in multiple areas of automotive repair preferred

Experience working on vehicles with strong mechanical knowledge

Experience with automotive electrical systems, diagnostics, and schematic reading

Skilled in engine repair, powertrain work, alignments, and general maintenance

Familiarity with Volkswagen vehicles or similar manufacturers is a plus

Proficiency with diagnostic software and shop equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs

Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to advisors and team members

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching

Ability to safely operate tools and repair equipment
