We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of mechanical repairs and maintenance on various vehicles.
Responsibilities:
– Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
– Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
– Repair and replace faulty components, including brakes, engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
– Utilize power tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs efficiently
– Keep accurate records of all services performed and parts used
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair recommendations
– Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends
Skills:
– Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
– Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
– Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting purposes
– Ability to perform repairs on diesel engines is a plus
– Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and their components
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs
– Ability to estimate repair costs accurately
