Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Automotive Technician to join our on-site team in Ilminster, Somerset. Responsibilities include performing scheduled vehicle maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, handling oil changes, working on suspension systems, and conducting other maintenance and repair tasks as needed. The technician will work closely with the service team to ensure vehicles are serviced to the highest industry standards while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance
- Level 3 Qualification in Automotive repair
- MOT Testing certification
- Experience in Automotive Repair and general Maintenance & repair tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certification or formal training in automotive technology is preferred
- Prior experience in a Ford-certified service centre is a plus
