As an Automotive Technical Advisor at Spanos Luxury House of Brands, you will serve as the primary technical contact between customers, service advisors, and the workshop team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palaión Fáliron. You will diagnose and explain complex technical issues in clear, accessible terms, support service advisors in preparing accurate estimates, and provide technical guidance to technicians during repair and maintenance work. Daily responsibilities include reviewing diagnostic reports, advising on appropriate repair procedures, ensuring compliance with JLR standards, and verifying the quality of completed work. You will also handle technical inquiries, support warranty claim documentation, maintain up-to-date knowledge of JLR systems and technologies, and contribute to a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to interpret diagnostic data, identify root causes, and guide accurate repair solutions.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities to explain technical issues clearly, manage expectations, and build trust with customers and colleagues.
- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate complex vehicle systems, compare options, and make sound, data-informed decisions.
- Previous experience as a technical advisor, master technician, or similar role in the automotive industry, ideally with premium or luxury brands.
- In-depth knowledge of modern automotive electronics, diagnostic tools, and service processes; experience with JLR systems is an advantage.
- Relevant technical education or certification in automotive engineering, mechanics, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Palaión Fáliron, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
