Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of shop operations, including service delivery, workflow optimization, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, improve profitability, and expand business development opportunities.
- Oversee financial management activities such as profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control to ensure fiscal health.
- Manage team recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Utilize data-driven decision making by analyzing Excel-based operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
- Drive project management initiatives aimed at operational enhancements, lean management practices, and process efficiencies.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service experiences and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, business development efforts, and operational initiatives.
Experience
- Proven management experience within an automotive shop or similar service environment with a focus on operational leadership.
- Extensive financial management experience including profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control strategies.
- Demonstrated success in business development and sales growth through strategic initiatives.
- Strong team management skills with experience in supervising diverse teams and developing talent.
- Proficiency in Excel data analysis for operational insights and decision making.
- Experience in project management, process improvement methodologies such as lean management, and operational excellence practices.
- Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Background in customer service excellence combined with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
