Automotive Service Manager

Fremont Motors is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department in Casper, Wyoming. This is a key leadership role for a proven service professional who knows how to drive performance, support their team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Oversee daily service department operations, workflow, and productivity
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability
- Monitor KPIs, repair orders, CSI, and departmental performance
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines
- Partner with Parts and Sales leadership to support overall dealership success
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Automotive Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of dealership service operations and metrics
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve concerns professionally
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
