- Oversee workshop & branch operations.
- Manage customer inquiries & service appointments.
- Achieve sales targets & ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle procurement, stock management & supplier coordination.
- Prior automotive industry experience preferred.
- Strong leadership & communication skills.
- Sales & operational management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational qualification is preferred preferred.
Motor Mechanics
Looking for an experienced mechanic who can independently handle suspension repairs and technical operations.
- Diagnose & repair suspension systems.
- Wheel alignments, shock absorber replacements & steering repairs.
- Lead branch technical operations independently.
- Strong suspension repair knowledge.
- Excellent diagnostic & problem-solving skills.
- NVQ level 3 or any other Technical qualifications preferred
