Automotive Service Advisor / Writer GM/Chrysler experience preferred Jobs in Rochelle, IL at Jeff Perry Inc.
Work with customers and Technicians to maintain and repair vehicles. Figure estimates, communicate with warranty or service contract and complete repair order documentation.
Greet customers and document concerns so technicians have good information to solve concerns the first time. Dispatch work orders, figure estimates and communicate back to customers and or warranty companies for approval to repair the vehicle. Complete work orders and collect payment. Schedule appointments, rent vehicles and order parts as needed.
Must have excellent communication skills, professional, valid drivers license, automotive knowledge and work as a team.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
