Job Duties:
- Greet each customer immediately in a courteous manner
- Identify customer requests
- Follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with dealership policies
- Assist with Cashier’s desk when needed
- Maintain current knowledge of vehicle service requirements, operations, warranties, campaigns, etc.
- Maintain current knowledge of state and local laws and regulations related to automotive service and repairs
- Complete accurate repair order in accordance with dealership policies
- Learn product knowledge with web based training, and live in-classroom courses
- Perform at satisfactory sales and guest satisfactory index levels
- Ensure that the guest has a TRULY OUTSTANDING dealership experience
Job Requirements include, but are not limited to–
- Customer Facing experience
- Positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Computer Proficiency
- Valid drivers license with good driving record
- Strong communication skills
- NO SUNDAYS!!!
