What You’ll Do (And Be Paid Well To Do It)
- Manage a high‑volume service drive lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, professional service
- Take full ownership of the customer experience from write‑up to delivery
- Maximize every RO opportunity through proper inspection review and service recommendations
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate timelines
- Maintain strong follow‑up and relationship‑building with customers
- Consistently hit and exceed performance metrics (hours per RO, ELR, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Consultant / Writer
- Dealership experience preferred (GM experience is a plus—but not required)
- Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair
- Ability to sell service recommendations with confidence and integrity
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Willing to pass background check and drug screening
