* Summary:
** Our Automotive Service Advisor/ Service Writer greets customers and consults with them on their vehicle service needs.
** Automotive Service Advisor / ASM Responsibilities:** – Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications
– Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates
– Address and resolve customer complaints
** Automotive Service Advisor / ASM
Qualifications:
** – Prior experience in automotive service writing; CDK experience a plus – Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations
– Valid driver’s license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years
– Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
