7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Plan: Hourly + Performance Bonus
Base Pay: $32-$36/hour
Bonus: 1% Gross Profit
Expected Earnings: $80,000-$100,000+
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy automotive repair facility in Morgan Hill, CA. This is a full-time Monday-Friday opportunity offering a competitive hourly base, performance-based bonuses, and excellent earning potential.

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Write repair orders and accurate estimates.
- Present repair recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate repairs between customers and technicians.
- Order parts and monitor repair progress.
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Maintain an efficient daily workflow.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
- Independent repair shop experience preferred.
- Strong automotive knowledge.
- Experience writing estimates and selling repair recommendations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn and grow.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay of $32-$36 per hour.
