* Serve as the key link between customers and technicians
* Present recommended services clearly and confidently to drive repair orders
* Prioritize work effectively to maximize shop efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Deliver prompt, professional responses to all customer inquiries
* Build long-term customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
* Ensure every guest leaves with a first-class dealership experience## Qualifications
Qualifications:
* 2+ years automotive service advisor experience
* Proven CSI performance and strong customer retention skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Strong problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Computer proficient (Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus)
* Professional appearance and positive, high-energy attitude
* Valid driver’s license with clean record
