Automotive Service Advisor (Multi-Franchise) – Nelspruit
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy multi-franchise dealership based in Nelspruit.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing workshop bookings, and ensuring a smooth and efficient after-sales experience across multiple vehicle brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the service department
- Accurately log vehicle concerns and job cards
- Liaise between customers and workshop technicians
- Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle progress
- Prepare accurate service quotations and invoices
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
- Handle warranty and service plan administration
- Upsell additional services where appropriate
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Service Consultant in the motor industry
- Strong understanding of workshop processes and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
- Computer literate (dealer systems experience advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licence
