Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends!)
Pay Structure: 100% Commission (Unlimited Earning Potential)

Key Responsibilities
- Customer First: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, greeting them warmly, listening to their vehicle concerns, and delivering clear, honest recommendations.
- Sales & Communication: Evaluate and edit detailed repair estimates, present digital inspections, and comfortably explain technical needs to customers to gain approval.
- Workflow Management: Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely diagnostics, job completions, and efficient shop flow.
- Client Retention: Follow up with customers on work status, manage expectations, and maintain long-term relationships through exceptional service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an Automotive Service Advisor in an independent shop or dealership setting.
- Proven Track Record: History of strong sales performance and high closing ratios.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-centric attitude.
- Growth Mindset: Motivated by career development, high earning targets, and personal goals.
- Technical Savvy: Comfortable using shop management software, digital vehicle inspection (DVI) tools, and basic office systems.
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required.
Pay: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
