Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor based in Oakville, ON. The Service Advisor will act as the primary liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring smooth communication and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, diagnosing automotive issues, coordinating repair work with technicians, discussing repairs and service quotes with customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair
- Strong background in Customer Service and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in an approachable manner
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the automotive industry and a passion for vehicles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in automotive services is an asset
- Basic computer skills for using service software and tools effectively
