Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in a sales-focused environment
- Use computer systems to manage inventory, set up work orders, and schedule services
- Explain services and invoices to customers
- Perform retail cashier duties and process payments
- Install batteries, balance wheels, repair and install tires, and perform oil changes
- Follow safety and loss prevention policies
- Interpret vehicle inspection results and recommend services
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
- Fluent in English
- Effective customer and coworker communication
- Minimum age of 18
- Prior auto repair and retail experience preferred
