What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide an outstanding service experience
- Schedule appointments and write repair orders accurately
- Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a way customers understand
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Deliver vehicles on time while exceeding customer expectations
- Build long-term relationships that keep customers coming back
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous automotive service advisor experience (preferred)
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has excellent communication and organization skills
- Enjoys building relationships and solving problems
- Is self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
