Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and accurately assess their service needs
- Prepare detailed repair orders and estimates, including materials, labor, and deductibles; clearly explain costs and timelines to clients
- Set realistic expectations, ensuring transparent communication between customers and our service team
- Dispatch orders to mechanics, track progress, and collaborate to resolve any issues swiftly
- Maintain precise records of interactions, services, and follow-ups
- Stay ahead of industry trends to offer expert recommendations and uphold exceptional customer satisfaction
Qualifications We’re Seeking
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role
- Solid mechanical knowledge and background in automotive repair or service
- Proficiency in auto estimating, vehicle maintenance, and working with extended warranties/insurance providers
- Outstanding communication skills to simplify technical details for customers
