Role Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team on-site at our Niagara Falls, ON location. This is a full-time role where you will act as the main point of contact for customers requiring vehicle maintenance and repairs. Key responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, providing accurate cost estimates, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with service technicians, and effectively communicating repair updates. You will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the success of our service team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage service operations
- Experience in the automotive or related industry is an asset
- Familiarity with service management software is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
