Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Houston, TX. The Service Advisor will act as the primary contact for our customers, ensuring superior customer satisfaction by coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services. Daily responsibilities include explaining service options, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with technicians, and communicating the progress of vehicle services to customers. A profound knowledge of automotive systems and repairs, coupled with excellent customer service skills, is key to success in this role.
