Fred Beans Automotive Group is looking for motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Doylestown! Paid Training
New to automotive sales? We’ve got you covered.
Our Sales Consultant Success Plan is designed to set you up for long-term success. During your training, you’ll receive a guaranteed $800 per week while learning the Fred Beans sales process, building product knowledge, and completing hands-on training. Once you’ve successfully completed training, you’ll earn a guaranteed $1,000 per week as a Sales Consultant while continuing to build your customer base before transitioning to your dealership’s commission pay plan.

What You’ll Do
· Help customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs
· Build relationships and deliver an outstanding buying experience
· Demonstrate vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives
· Follow up with prospective and existing customers
· Work as part of a team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
What We’re Looking For
· Customer service experience preferred
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Valid driver’s license
· Ability to work a retail schedule, including evenings and Saturdays (all Fred Beans dealerships are closed on Sundays)
