Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of finance, leasing, and warranty products is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
