ShowCar Auto Spa is looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team.
This isn't a corporate management role where you're buried in meetings, reports, and bureaucracy.
We're looking for someone who leads from the front.
Someone who knows how to build a high-performing sales team, coaches people to become better closers, and isn't afraid to jump into customer conversations when needed.
You'll play a key role in building and leading a high-performing sales team as we continue expanding ShowCar across the United States. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, shape how we sell, and grow alongside the business.
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has 5+ years of sales experience, including leading or mentoring a sales team
✔ Has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
✔ Knows how to coach, motivate, and hold people accountable
✔ Can analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
✔ Is comfortable managing a remote team
✔ Leads with ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do
✔ Is hungry to build something and grow alongside the business

The role:
📍 Remote (South Africa)
🕒 Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM SAST)
