What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through a consultative, customer-focused sales process
- Assist customers with selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, text, and CRM systems
- Deliver a premium purchase experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance objectives
- Maintain current product knowledge on Volvo vehicles, technology, safety features, and financing options
- Participate in dealership training and sales meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Luxury retail, hospitality, or commission-based sales experience considered
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
