Used Car Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join our growing automotive team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in used vehicle sales, excellent customer service skills, and strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert sales leads into successful vehicle sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Guide customers through the complete sales process.
- Assist customers with vehicle finance and insurance options.
- Upload and manage vehicle advertisements on Dubizzle, DubiCars, Facebook Marketplace, and other online platforms.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales leads.
- Coordinate vehicle registration, ownership transfer, and delivery.
- Work closely with RTA, insurance companies, and service centers to ensure smooth vehicle processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in used car sales (Mandatory).
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- UAE driving licence.
- Knowledge of Dubizzle, DubiCars, Facebook Marketplace, and CRM systems.
- Familiar with vehicle finance, insurance, and RTA procedures.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
